Attending the 18th Indonesia International Leading Hospitality, Food & Beverage Trade Exhibition FHI 2024, where this year's theme " Driving Change , Sustainability for a thriving Future Business"

Over 3 days , trade visitors are presented and bedazzled with array of product and services that will help their business deliver their service better and more sustainable. Meeting the key players and Industry experts during the event helps you chart what would be the coming the trend and directions in the coming future.

Shown during the events various Food and Beverage products that's offer an alternative solution if not better replacing what is currently available in the market. From the traditional Indonesian spices that is aiming for global market to many companies from Korea, Japan, China and USA, offering their latest products that promise, better quality, less waste and better results.

Was particularly happy to see Indonesian food and beverage products that gain interest from International buyers.

Some innovative products like East Indies Gin, where they infused their fine distilled Gin with spices that is know for cooking staples such as 'kecombrang' (torch ginger flower) or 'Andaliman" (Batak Pepper) For any great bartender , creating a world class cocktail with these, the sky is the limit.

Although the number of exhibition hall being used are less then previous (Hall A & B) but I personally feel the the product and service presented more in terms of variety and the readily available alternative product /service selections is something worth to consider for the future.

I can only see great ideas and service to be offered in these coming future, where there is less limitation in terms of having basic products to be made available and even better a more sustainable products that could help in reduct not only the production costs, but perhaps in the long run lessen your carbon footprint and increase the guest experience.
