CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF ELECTRICITY, WATER, GENERATORS AND COMPRESSORS CONDITIONS OF WORKING.
3. MAINTENANCE: TRANSPORTS, MACHINES AND OTHER EQIPMENTS TO BE CHECKED, MAKE IT FOR SMART WORKING CONDITIONS FOR THE UTILIZATION.
4. CLEANING: ENTIRE FACTORY SHOULD BE CLEANED, KEEP IT NEATLY BEFORE THE SCHEDULE OF OPENING.
5. PLANNING:
(i) PLAN THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL RESOURCES SUCH AS STRATEGY PLAN FOR THE RUNNING FINANCIAL YEAR MADE.
(ii) TAKE PRIMARY PLAN FOR A QUARTER FROM THE STRATEGY PLAN THAT WHAT CAN BE DONE AT THE EARLIEST.
(iii) CHECK ALL THE RAW MATERIALS IN STOCK WITH RIGHT QUALITY AS PER PLAN FOR THE FIRST PRIMARY QUARTER, IN HOUSE AVAILABLE MATERIAL FOR THE SMOOTH FLOW OF PRODUCTION.
(iv) CHECK THE MANPOWER AVAILABILITY, BEFORE OPENING THE FACTORY CALL ONLY ONE-THIRD OF THE EMPLOYEES AS PER SKILL SET FOR STARTING THE WORK INITIALLY.
(v) GRADUALLY THE MANPOWER WILL BE INCREASED AS PER REQUIREMENT INSTEAD OF CALLING ALL ON THE OPENING DAY AND IT WILL CREATE HUGE FINANCIAL BURDEN ON THE MANAGEMENT.
6. BUYER’S ORDERS:
IF RUNNING ORDERS WERE THERE IN HAND, THERE WILL BE NO ISSUE; IF NOT THE MANAGEMENT HAS TO DECIDE WHAT ARE ALL THE ACITIVITIES CAN BE TAKEN FOR THE SMOOTH FUNCTIONING OF THE COMPANY IN THE FUTURE RUN.
7. ACTIVITIES:
(i) NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CAN BE CARRIED OUT.
(ii) TRAINING CAN BE GIVEN AS PER SKILL SET REQUIREMENT WITH THE HELP OF SKILL GAP ANALYSIS.
(iii) IF IT IS A AUDIT FACTORY, THE MANAGEMENT CAN CARRY OUT ALL THE NECESSARY ESSENTIALS REQUIRED FOR AUDIT PURPOSES; FOR EXAMPLE IF THERE IS ANY NON-CONFORMITY FROM THE PREVIOUS AUDIT, THAT CAN BE CORRECTED WITH DOCUMENTATIONS, KEEP IT IN THE PROPER ASSIGNED FILES.
(iv) COMPANIES CAN ALSO MAKE SMALL ARTICLES THROUGH WASTE MANAGEMENT BY UTILIZING THE MANPOWER TO MAKE IT VALUABLE.
(iv) MANAGEMENT HAS TO FOCUS AND DO THE FOLLOW UPS WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ORDERS BY PROVIDING SAMPLES ALONG WITH PROPER COMMUNICATIONS.
(v) IF A COMPANY IS CONFIDENT THAT IT CAN GET ORDERS FROM THEIR EARLY SHIPMENTS, THEN THEY CAN GO FOR MAKING THE SAME ARTICLES AS PER THE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGEMENT.
CONCLUSION:
The above measure were essential for a company to run after lock down and it is my suggestion only; whether it has to be implemented or something better than this can done is on the PURE hands of “MANAGEMENT DISCRETION”.
