Few tips and thoughts for inspiration. (No Downside to Reading) ??

  1. Simply your life. Set reminders for yourself, automate as many chores as you can & outsource and enlist help when necessary.

  3. Tidy up! De-cluttering your space of all unnecessary items will help you feel more in control and clear minded then you can imagine.
