A Few Reasons Why I Started Helping Other Business Owners Do IT

My journey in building out a web development agency has forced me to learn how to adapt to this new world of artificial intelligence.?

There I was in 2022, trying to start my first business.?

The clock hits 8:00 PM and there I was kicking my feet back on my desk after a long day of work.?

I had a scorecard I was using from the book Traction to track the progress I was making for the day.

Work Time: 12 Hours

Revenue Generated: $0

I couldn’t figure it out…

How could I possibly be doing all this work for no reason? It didn’t make sense. I felt like I was clearly doing something wrong but I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong.?

How I Came Up With Site Launch 360

Site Launch 360 originally started as a newsletter intended to help me do more with less as an entrepreneur.?

Over time, Site Launch 360 has grown to help aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners open their own online stores. As I’ve continued helping more and more business owners open online stores, I have documented the problems as they came in the form of blogs. Eventually, I figured, why not make this a business.?

Money is earned by providing a service. In Naval Ravikant’s Almanac, Naval says that there are 3 forms of leverage to generate money. [2]

1. You can leverage more output by using labor. By leveraging other people’s time, you can accomplish more with less time. This of course costs money unless you use your own time. In my personal opinion, this is the lowest form of leverage but effective nonetheless.?
2. You can leverage more output by creating articles and blogs and adding to the world’s library of work in your industry. The nice thing about blogs is that one blog can live forever and have an impact on thousands of people.
3. The third way you can add value for money is by creating code solutions for business owners and consumers. Solutions built by code can be reused over and over which makes them powerful to use as a way to make money. For example, I can create one website for a customer and then reuse the theme of that website to speed up the process for future customers exponentially. If it takes me 6 hours to build a website the first time, it will likely take an hour or less the second and third time!

And that’s why this blog exists…

Because one blog could change an infinite number of people’s lives. If this blog can help you open your online store or generate more revenue as a result of my blogs, then I’ll consider this a success.?
