DAILY INSPIRATION

Four Thousand Mondays

Jodi Wellman uses humor and artistic visuals to remind us that our time on earth is finite. With an average lifespan of 4,000 Mondays, her posts encourage us to make the most of each day.

She created this image of my very own tombstone; a nice reminder that I don’t have eternity to make an impact. You can check out her daily Instagram posts?here.

The New Happy

I was introduced to The New Happy a few months ago and have been ‘wowed’ by the content on a daily basis. Stephanie Harrison uses simple shapes and colors to demonstrate a wide range of feelings and emotions. Everything is evidence-based and the graphics are elegant. You can find her Instagram?here.

Cory Muscara , the author of?Stop Missing Your Life, lived as a monk and studied happiness with world-renowned researchers.

He sends a daily text message that encourages reflection and mindfulness. His messages help me pause and think more deeply before reacting.

Elizabeth and Cory’s daily texts come at different times during day and I look forward to both of them. Receiving their messages is a great reminder to take a mindfulness moment (or two) during the day.
