Few minutes of silence shapes your life

Silence with looking up and a smile helps your energy current afloat above negativity it improves health as positive hormones release in your life force energy current, when you smile or feel positive and it also helps your financial situation as your energy vibrates above other energies of deprivation and thus, you can attract, financially affluence indeed it helps in soul evolution as your crown chakra opens when you are internally free of a clutter of thoughts. Silence is generally a very relaxing and uplifting state to be in.

The biggest benefit is that it can help you realize the truth and be free from miseries. You have to experience it yourself to see how it changes your life. Meditate for a while daily. It can make you calm and happy, mentally stronger and sharper, let you foresee some things that can help you take wise decisions, improve your concentration, etc. Your communication skills can improve which can help in your career and relationships. These are some of the many benefits that it offers.

Basically silence is something when you practice you give yourself power of achieving a level of calmness and meditation and you take your decision making capacity to the topmost level…sometimes some situations require only silence nd if you achieve that once and for all things will start falling in place.

Silence is a happening thing. It is a state of mind, or rather, of being. One does not have to withdraw from the crowd to experience it. Indeed, those who withdraw from the crowd, may still carry so much garbage in their minds that silence becomes impossible. One can tap the source of silence within amidst the maddening crowd of the world, in the market place, just about anywhere! Meditation prepares us for this very well.

I have attended a silent retreat at a Buddhist temple, so it was a little different from what you might have known. I'm glad I had that experience, I think it's wonderful for the many reasons life has explained. I also think that it's helpful to do more than one - sort of as a "tune up" from time to time. I think it's good to try different kinds, this calm Buddhist retreat really helped me sit in silence for 6 hours without any disturbance and I could really rediscover myself

My past experience is what helps me remain silent most of the time. Far too many times I’ve opened my big fat mouth and shoved my foot in it right up to the shin. There are a lot of good quotes about being silent, one of my favorite is usually credited to Abraham Lincoln, “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.” It was to remind me not to volunteer for stuff that I truly had no interest in. It worked! Cheers!
