A Few Basic Moves Produce All Results in Business. Here They Are.

In business, a few basic moves produce all results. Yet, many people are so busy throwing mud against the wall, they never stop to see which mud has stuck or WHY.

People often confuse efficiency with EFFECTIVENESS - and there's a BIG difference between them. Effectiveness is about producing a useful RESULT. As Peter Drucker said, "There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all."

When you're doing anything in your business, ask yourself: "What Is Actually Moving The Dial?"

Out of all the moving parts in your business, look at the most effective and productive moves. Focus on THOSE.


Oh... you thought I was going to give you the exact moves, did you?


Well, understandable, but that is not a coach's job. My job is to point you in the direction in which you would be best off looking and applying deep thought. BUT - I tell you what I WILL do.   1. Identify High-Impact Activities: Focus on the 20% of activities that generate 80% of your results. These high-impact activities are the ones that have the potential to scale your business significantly.
  2. Eliminate Low-Impact Activities: Stop spending time on tasks that don't contribute meaningfully to your growth. These activities may keep you busy but don't move the needle in terms of scaling your business.
  3. Leverage Strengths: Concentrate on your unique strengths and capabilities. By leveraging what you do best, you can create more value and drive exponential growth.
  4. Innovate and Simplify: Look for innovative ways to simplify processes and systems in your business. Complexity often hinders growth, while simplicity can drive efficiency and scalability.
  5. Mindset Shift: A quantum leap in business (and in life) requires thinking big and being open to radical changes in how you approach your business. It's about envisioning what is possible and taking bold steps to achieve it. And that, again, is where coaching comes in.... more on that below.
