Festivities at Aertsen Factory - A day filled with glam, fun and Camaraderie

At Aertsen, we believe that the best way to get to know our team better is by giving everyone the chance to connect outside the office. So, recently, we took a trip to our factory, where all the magic of production happens! The plan? To celebrate both Ganesh Chaturthi and Onam with the amazing people who handle the pre and post-production of our stunning modular furnishings.

The day kicked off with everyone arriving at the Aertsen Factory, dressed up in traditional wear and ready for a fun-filled day. The cameras were out, and people were snapping pictures and wandering around, getting a feel of the place. Then, our directors and founders took us on a virtual tour of the factory, giving us a behind-the-scenes look at how everything operates. It was a super informative start, and we all got some great insights into how things run on the production side.

The exquisite machinery is designed to make zero errors, produce 10 times faster products and use modern technology to adapt to the everyday trends in the industry. After the verbal presentation, we got to explore the factory, visiting each machine, one at a time. Our designers especially loved this part—they got to see how their creative ideas come to life on the production floor with the help of top-notch machinery.

Then came the best part—food! Since we were celebrating both Ganesh Chaturthi and Onam, the feast was nothing short of amazing. We were served the traditional way, on banana leaves, and treated to over 20 delicious dishes including Bappa's favorite Modak that left us in a happy food coma. After all the factory exploring, picture-taking, and food indulgence, it was time to let loose. With the speakers cranked up and everyone full of energy, there was only one thing left to do—dance! The Aertsen family came together, dancing without a care in the world.

It was a fantastic day, full of celebration, laughter, and new memories. Celebrating Onam and Ganesh Chaturthi together made us all feel more connected, not just as colleagues but as a tightly-knit family. Festivals are all about bringing people together, and at Aertsen, our family of employees made sure to do just that, strengthening our bonds and creating a workplace where everyone feels like part of the crew.
