Festive Phishing
I have a brand new article over on Tripwire's always worth visiting State of Security this morning. Its a short, seasonally themed post about the heightened dangers from phishing and email delivered malware to your business network around this time of year. Worth remembering that such attacks can not only be more prolific and well timed during the festive period but people are often much more susceptible to them. My blog therefore takes a questioning look at a few of the back to basics principles for mitigation which we should really be thinking about all year round.

8 年Angus M. A great festive cyber security article. I wholeheartedly agree when it comes to layering your defence strategy. There is definitely a place for both signature and signatureless based detection in the network.
