Lovely conversation! Nice to hear Christelle share that she joined the company 2 years ago and that Ferring Pharmaceuticals is operating in 55 countries. I definitely agree with an observation that Christelle made in the conversation when she said that great leaders are people who others follow. Glad to hear Christelle talk about their two key pillars which is offering full support in their family building journey and 6 months parental leave.
