Ferrari 812 Superfast - Gumball Ready

So, not your typical air freight shipment but one we thoroughly enjoyed handling and what a way to showcase what the EWL air freight product can do. We're at home with any air freight requirement whether that be importing from Asia or exporting to the other side of the globe. Or as in this case, a cross trade project. The Ferrari 812 superfast isn't your average movement (Unless you are Ferrari) especially when you are requested to move it from Vancouver to the Island of Mykonos, for the 2019 Gumball Rally (Mykonos to Ibiza)

Upon arrival into Athens, ahead of schedule by half a day and with an eager and grateful client wanting to test drive his Ferrari 812 Superfast. We arranged for our driver to go to the clients hotel at midnight (at their request) so they could have a test drive to ensure all was in order after the 9200KM journey from Vancouver. So after an hour of fun (serious gumball testing) the Ferrari 812 Superfast was reloaded ready for the final 182km ferry ride from Athens to Mykonos in preparation for the start of the Gumball Rally.

Thankfully the client and car completed the Gumball Rally and arrived in Ibiza in one piece, which also meant we managed the return of the Ferrari 812 Superfast back to Vancouver.

With any project shipment its the due diligence and attention details that is undertaken well in advance, that will ultimately mean if the project will be a success or a complete and utter catastrophic failure. With this EWL team it was always going to be a success story.

This is certainly one project I won't forget in a hurry, and also one I am incredibly proud of our EWL team for executing perfectly.
