Ferragamo CEO Marco Gobbetti expressed satisfaction with the reception of creative director Maximilian Davis' collections as the company reported growth in profitability and sales.

“His style is now out in the open, he is an elegant designer, his clothes are elegant, and they have a high component of sexiness,” said Gobbetti of Davis, who was appointed creative director of Ferragamo in March.

Augustinus Bader Closes Funding Round of $25?Million

Augustinus Bader has reached unicorn status.

The brand, whose cult following includes Victoria Beckham and its new chief creative officer Bobbi Brown, has just closed a $25 million funding round with Antoine Arnault and Natalia Vodianova among the investors, WWD has learned.

The funding round values the company at $1 billion, according to sources.

Tiffany & Co. is peeling the lid back on its efforts toward diversity, equity and inclusion. The company on Wednesday revealed recent initiatives as part of its Atrium platform, which was established earlier this year as a sustainability pillar that advocates for equity and inclusion in fine jewelry and luxury.

Tiffany has teamed with Harlem’s Fashion Row to sponsor its Icon 360 HBCU Summit.?
