WHAT IS THE FRX TOKEN? 

With plans of expanding into Binance Smart Chain and with Justin Sun making the Tron Network a powerful blockchain even challenging Ethereum, BSC, Cardano, Polkadot, Solana etc for the lion share of the DeFi pie, the Ferox Finance team has decided to make it a home for the FRX token. Also its speed, efficiency and relatively lower gas fees make it ideal for projects. So as a TRX20 token, there is the convenience to integrate Web 3.0 interfaces directly to Tron Blockchain as evidenced from the success of multiple e-gaming ventures. Also directly betting on price of BTC, ETH and other assets will have better odds when users pick FRX instead of TRX to bet with, the payout structure will depend on peer 2 peer distribution of all aggregate bets made on that underlying for the given time frame

Tokenomics

The tradable supply for 2021 will be capped at 400 million FRX, with the remaining 300 million FRX reserved for development roadmap, dividends and special promotions. So of the total 700 million max total supply, 300 million FRX will only be unlocked at Dec 01, 2021, a full year after the initial Token Generation Event. The maximum supply of 700,000,000 FRX tokens, and only 400,000,000 tokens will be minted for initial sales and distribution over 1 year. Initially when Ferox Advisors received its first private funding back in 2015, the company was valued at 5 million USD, so taking an average TRX value of 0.02 USD, the initial token offering will be at a great advantage to early investors. At launch 1 FRX would be equivalent to 1 TRX. After listing FRX on a few reliable exchanges and / or DEX’s, there will be an option to buy directly from the website equivalent to a weighted average of the market price or initial issue price of 1 TRX, whichever one is greater. 

The distribution of the token is as follows: 

60% will instantly go into the proprietary trading account of Ferox Advisors, whose profits will be distributed pro rata to all token holders on a quarterly basis.  

10% of all FRX will be reserved to pay developers. 

8% for special events, bounties and proportions. 

10% as dividends and rewards to token holders. 

BuyBack Policy 

Ferox Advisors will buy back the FRX tokens from the market to keep the free float within the proposed limits, if the circulating supply in the market exceeds the proposed amounts, thus raising the price.
