FEP(Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) resin is the copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene(TFE) and hexafluoropropylene(HFP),which has good heat stability,excellent electrical insulation, high chemical stability and low friction coefficient. It can be processed by thermoplastic processing method.

Application

The new process and formula of HD926A are adopted to improve the mechanical properties of the product. It is mainly used to prepare cables with high cracking resistance, Robot internal action line, intravenous injection tube and so on.

  • Melting Point: 255±10℃,ASTM D3418
  • Density: 2.12-2.17, ASTM D792
  • Dielectric Constant:≤2.15, ASTM D150
  • Dissipation Factor:≤7.0x10-4,ASTM D150
  • Flexing Times:≥40000 time,ASTM D2176

  • Zone 1(℃):260-280
  • Zone 2(℃):280-300
  • Zone 3(℃):320-340
  • Flange (℃):350-365
  • Machine Head (℃):365-375
  • Die Orifice(℃):365-375
  • Cooling:Air/water-cooling

Extruder Material: HAC-276; Compression Ratio:3:1

L/D:25.1-30.1; Drawing Ratio:15-35

Wire Drawing Speed:20-40m/min; Tensile Balance:0.95-1.05

Packaging

Packaging in paper drum or plastic bag, each of 25KG net weight. Customizable for special needs.
