Feng Shui for Profits

This time of year really brings up my attention to Feng Shui with all sorts of little rituals that support powerful resolutions thus results. Although the Chinese New Years isn't until February 22nd, I practice Feng Shui all year long, especially when it comes to my listings.

A few years ago, I was in charge of selling out a whole new condo complex, and getting that first one sold, that first bite, seemed to take forever. Getting creative, I called in a Feng Shui consultant who gave me all sorts of minor adjustments. Before I had even finished making them all, I had a full price offer within 12 hours of the blessings and rituals. 

That magic was enough for me to jump into the practice. I started moving the Chi or energy via Feng Shui with all my listings, and then my own home, office, marketing materials, and even my car! It's become part of daily life and my art as well.

When it comes to listing a home, I am all about working with you and making all the small adjustments necessary to create the best Chi possibly for maximizing profits. Sometimes all you need is a fresh coat of paint or furniture arrangement, other times it can be quite a bit more.

Market Update:

As you may have seen, the rates have gone up a bit. This concern has pushed buyers into action, and we are seeing many jump off the fence. Rate increases push the market down for sellers and buyers are deciding whether waiting for the drop in price is worth the rate increases. Bottom line is that there is momentum in real estate!
