It's finally summer, and to me that means summer reading - sharing a few books on my list! 5 个月Ok, The Walking Meeting. One of the BEST inventions ever. Highly recommend it. Many of my former team members will say that they used to "take Elena for a walk" rather than saying we had a one-on-one. And we solved some really big issues and challenges this way. Issues always seemed less scary and icky when talking about them outside in the sun and fresh air.
