Female Leadership
The growing trend of diversity and inclusion in the workplace is finally helping to break down the traditional gender roles and stereotypes that have been in place for centuries. I personally hire and empower women in my industry since long now, perhaps because I have struggle to position myself on a male dominated industry.
Women have made great strides in the past years, and there is no doubt that this trend will continue moving forward in the corporate world overall. Women are becoming more visible and have been giving vocals. It is expected that this trend will only continue as diversity initiatives become more widespread all over the world and special in the Middle East.
In addition to increasing visibility and influence, it is also likely that more opportunities will continue to arise for female leaders. Companies are increasingly recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusion and have been making efforts to foster an environment that is conducive to women's success. But still there’s so much to do - we need flexible organizations that keeps working on arrangements and other perks to help female professionals reach their full potential without having to chose between career or family which till date is still the truth for so many (unprivileged) women.

We keep bringing to the table a unique set of skills, perspectives, and experiences. Not to mention that we are different from men in so many ways, special when it comes to vulnerability. To be very honest I personally believe that showing my weaknesses, openly, have somehow helped me to get me where I am today.
However, the representation of women in top executive positions is still low. Despite the statistics, women in the Middle East special in the hospitality industry, seems to be continuing to work towards increasing our representation in senior positions and achieving gender parity.
With the right environment, resources and support, we will continue to make progress and be successful in our fields.?
