Get Ready to Stretch Your Imagination!

Over the course of a few weeks, participants will use drama to take on the identity of diverse historical characters in a supportive environment designed to build confidence, unleash creativity, and encourage collaboration. Participants will learn firsthand how people in the past have grappled through complex issues with the knowledge available to them, just as we do today.?

FEL!X: Building Greater Empathy is a fun and playful social skills program for teens ages 12-17 to learn about themselves and engage with others. FEL!X participants take on the identity of historical characters as they practice interpersonal skills using improvisation.

FEL!X helps teens learn skills in:

• Making social connections
• Understanding and using empathy in social communication
• Recognizing feelings in other people
• Sharing a fun group experience
• Using creative thinking
• Learning about history and historical figures
• Recognizing and communicating their own feelings

A $50 fee for art supplies & cool disguises.
