What do you do at the college and why is leadership important in your role?

I'm responsible for sales and development of corporate trainings and lifelong learning education throughout the service areas of Mott Community College and its Extension Centers. The Director promotes corporate, lifelong learning, non-credit, credit, customized training, workforce and economic development in consideration with the college’s strategic plan.

What does it mean to be an inclusive leader???

Having the ability to lead a diverse group of people while demonstrating respect for each person's unique characteristics and actively seek to include the contributions and perspectives of all team members without bias.
