Feet covered in Cashmere bed socks.

?Creative entrepreneurs hire me to help them build a business and earn consistent revenue within 6 months??? Award Winning Mentor 2023 ?
???? It’s freezing. My boiler just broke, and I’m huddled under layers of warmth: PJ’s, cardigan, beanie, and the soft cashmere bed socks ???? I’d forgotten about until now. I feel cocooned in this moment, enveloped in a comforting stillness. It’s the kind of warmth that makes you want to stay exactly where you are, letting time melt away.
But tomorrow always comes. ??????
As much as I want to sink deeper into this state, there’s a part of me that resists. I know that beyond this comfort lies the world—the world where my business calls me to show up, to act, to grow. Yet, I feel stuck, just like the cold lingering in my flat. ???????
It’s easy to find yourself in a comfort zone where things feel safe and predictable. Do you agree? ?Growth happens when you step into the unknown, take risks, and challenge your limits.
Moving out of your comfort zone can open new doors, spark fresh creativity, and elevate your business to the next level.
?I’m sharing 3 tips to help you break free from the familiar and embrace discomfort as a tool for growth:
?Set "Stretch Goals" That Scare You (In a Good Way) According to my mentor it has to Big Hairy Audacious Goal BHAG
When was the last time you set a goal that felt exciting but slightly terrifying? Stretch goals push you beyond what you think you're capable of, forcing you to develop new skills and mindsets. The key is to aim for something big enough that it makes you uncomfortable but also motivates you to grow.

Embrace Failure as a Learning Opportunity
Failure isn’t a setback—it's a stepping stone. Many successful entrepreneurs have faced numerous failures before achieving their goals. Embracing the possibility of failure means acknowledging that every risk you take offers a chance to learn and improve. Instead of fearing failure, see it as valuable feedback on what to improve next.
Reframe your mindset. After every failure or misstep, write down three things you've learned from the experience. This will help you focus on growth rather than setbacks.
Surround Yourself with People Who Challenge You
If you’re the most skilled or experienced person in the room, it’s time to find a new room. Surrounding yourself with people who inspire, challenge, and push you out of your comfort zone is crucial for growth. This could be through networking, mastermind groups, or seeking out mentors who have achieved what you're aiming for.
Join a group or community where members are at different levels of success. Engage with those who inspire you and make it a habit to seek feedback and collaboration from people whose strengths differ from yours.
It's amazing what you can achieve by taking a little risk, one step at a time. Slowly moving away from what is too familiar that won't create a big change.
