Have you ever thought how your colleagues may be feeling at work?

What does feeling anxious mean to you?

Chances are, your experience might be quite different from that of your colleagues.

That’s the thing about emotions—they quietly shape how we think, act, and connect, whether we realise it or not.

They influence decisions, motivation, collaboration, and ultimately, performance. When we ignore emotions, we miss out on understanding the real drivers behind engagement, innovation, and connection.

Maybe you manage one person, a large team, or you’re a CEO with a Senior Leadership Team. It matters not.

Emotions are always at play, impacting every workplace, no matter the size or role.

At work.

It could be anxious, overwhelmed, or confused.

But how will you know if you never ask?
