You should be aware that it is your thoughts that ultimately determine your estimated feelings, opinion, which in turn will determine your destiny, which then, in turn, will govern your future.
There is not one decision that you can make without thinking about it, and you ca never contemplate negative thoughts (or dwell on the negative) and expect a positive outcome. Proverbs 23:7 says: "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he." If you dwell on God's Word, "You are an overcomer," and "You can do all things through Christ," then soon, you will become what the scripture says and your life will be on God's path to victory.
The Bible says that we should be prisoners of hope? A prisoner of hope is someone who has faith and expectancy even when things are bad, because God promised to restore what was lost . . . and more. That's a hope you can hold on to! It means your health, job situation, and finances may not be what you want them to be today, but through God they are all subject to change! God wants to restore them to you — not just as before — but with more, so that you are better off than when you began. No matter where you are today, or what happened yesterday, God wants to give you a new future filled with joy, satisfaction, pleasure and abundance.
So the next time the enemy gives you negative thoughts, use that as an opportunity praise the Lord! God is faithful to His Word and as you continue to seek Him, He will complete the work He begun in your life. As you keep your thoughts on God, you will discover the champion in you!
You Can Be Happy
20He looked at His followers and said, 'Those of you who are poor are happy, because the holy nation of God is yours. 21Those of you who are hungry now are happy, because you will be filled. Those of you who have sorrow now are happy, because you will laugh. 22You are happy when men hate you and do not want you around and put shame on you be-cause you trust in Me. Luke 6:20-22 – NLV
Negativity Should Not be a Way of Life
No matter what has been taken away from you, no matter what losses you’ve experienced, if you give it over to God, He will return to you more than you could ask or imagine. He'll make things right and give you more than what was lost or stolen.
When you put your hope in God, He blesses you and God wants to multiply your joy, peace, wisdom, health and finances with a double portion in every area of your life! The first step in moving forward into this fresh future is forgetting the disappointments of yesterday. It's time to forget about those disappointments and reach out in faith to God's abundant future.
Your Focus Comes from the Word of God
7Give it everything you have, heart and soul. Make sure you carry out The Revelation that Moses commanded you, every bit of it. Don't get off track, either left or right, so as to make sure you get to where you're going. 8And don't for a minute let this Book of The Revelation be out of mind. Ponder and meditate on it day and night, making sure you practice everything written in it. Then you'll get where you're going; then you'll succeed. 9Haven't I commanded you? Strength! Courage! Don't be timid; don't get discouraged. GOD, your God, is with you every step you take." Joshua 1:7-9 – Message
Spend Your Time Wisely
Time is the most valuable assets God has given us. There are only 24 hours in a day, and once they’re gone, they’re gone forever. Are you spending time with God daily and investing in relationships with family and friends? God wants you to live a focused, disciplined life, full of purpose and hope.
Start each day asking the Lord what He would have you to do there is no limit to what you can accomplish. God promises to take you places you've never dreamed possible and you will experience a more abundant life than you ever imagined.
God is a Good God
Remember, our God is a good God who wants the best for those who are his children. In Jeremiah 29:11 we are assured of this: "For I Know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope".
When you are full of joy and have a good attitude, you will find it easy to keep yourself strong. That attitude of faith paves the way for God to work miracles – and it paves the way for God to turn your situation around! No matter what that situation may be.
God can show you a way through no matter what you are facing
No Matter what situation you are confronted by in today’s busy world, the Word of God has either a solution, and uplifting word, the guidance you need or the encouragement to keep going at a time when all around you seems hopeless or inadequate. The fact is, your thoughts determine your destiny. You can't make the smallest decision without thinking about it and you can't dwell on negative thoughts and expect a positive result. Proverbs 23:7 says: "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he." If you dwell on God's Word, "You are an overcomer," because, "You can do all things through Chris." Once these scriptures get down in your spirit, you can become what the scripture says. The following word should help you regain your focus
