Feelings, Festivals & Full Moons

Hello pal,

Wow! It has been a month since I last wrote to you! How are you??

I have had the best few weeks with life & work and now I feel like I have so much to share with you, that I don't even know where to begin.?

The truth be told because I haven't been writing weekly for the last month it actually took all my will power to open up the laptop and write again. Isn't it funny how quickly habits can change and form when you don't do something for a few weeks? Big tip from me is ….just do it, and don't overthink it, once you start again you end up finding your groove eventually, even if it does feel a wee bit rusty! :)

Arbonne Fest 2024!

Seems like a lifetime ago now but my UK Arbonne team and I headed to Liverpool for our Annual Arbonne Festival and it was wonderful!

What most people don't realise is that a huge part of your overall well-being is being a part of a positive & purposeful community. Surrounding yourself with people who 100 % have your back, who believe in your dreams & goals, who will do anything to support you in achieving them, who will laugh & cry with you, who will stand by you in the good & not so good times in life & business, who will hold you accountable to be the BEST version of yourself, who will want to learn & grow together, who always want to help others live a more healthier lifestyle, who will be up for FUN and who will ALWAYS be up for a dance.

I have been blessed to be apart of the Arbonne community now for the last 15 years and it has changed me for the better in so many ways.

?So many highlights but my fav was seeing so many of our team recognised for their consistency and effort in their businesses, especially Shirin Geddes for her promotion and Chanelle Houston who was Influencer of the Year out of the ENTIRE UK Arbonne community! Wow just wow!?

It gives me so much joy seeing others do well. If you feel you are wanting to be apart of this community then drop me a message, it might just change your life the same way it did mine! :)

Kiva - The Call of the Wisdom Keepers Documentary?

I wanted to share some highlights from the Scottish Premiere of Kiva - The Call of the Wisdom Keepers Documentary. This was the first time I had ever brought a documentary to Scotland and it was quite the experience! All three of our events in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Beith were completely sold out and we saw over 150 people in the space of a week! To be honest it took me awhile to reflect & recover from that week as it was a lot to organise and host. However, people have given us feedback about how much they loved learning about Kiva (an ancient indigenous ceremony) and also having conversations with Cheryl Angel our Wisdom Keeper from the USA and the film co-producer Marijke Kodden.?

A lot of people including myself, didn't quite have the words to explain how the experience impacted them it was more just a feeling. A huge feeling of gratitude to be in the room, to learn about Kiva and to spend time in Cheryl's company and learn from her deep wisdom. It is hard to choose just one thing from what Cheryl said because there was just so much that resonated deeply within me.?

However, one thing she kept saying over and over was that we ALL have access to this deep wisdom and our ancestors (2,000 ancestors on each side to be exact). We have to be still enough to listen to our ancestors and what they are saying to us, but they are always there and the wisdom is there. We are not broken, we are deeply connected to our roots and all the ancestors that have come before us and we are so loved by them :) I don't know about you but sometimes it is just good to know that 2,000 ancestors before you have your back and love you - you know what I mean? :)

This feedback from someone who came to the screening really made me smile, how amazing to create an event where people leave feeling this way:

"I had no idea that Elders and people of deep, spiritual wisdom have already been gathering to invite/invoke healing in this way. I felt relief, hope and, as I say, inspiration...gratitude and love."

THANK YOU to everyone who helped make these events happen and to those that came along - I am so grateful for you!?

La Biennale, Venice?

My dear Aussie pal Bella messaged me a few months ago and said “Do you want to come to La Biennale in Venice with some incredible like minded women?” I had never heard of this festival before and I had never met the other women but my heart just said “Yes - I'm in”?

It was the most magical trip filled with love, laughter, sadness, tears, joy, sun, rain, awe, wonder, wisdom, truth… all mixed in with pasta, bread, burrata, tomatoes and tuna tartare. This year's theme was “Foreigners Everywhere”…Artists have always travelled and moved about through cities, countries and continents. The Biennale focussed on artists who are themselves foreigners, immigrants, expatriates, exiled or refugees…?

?I honestly have never felt so moved through art…. So much emotion… so much depth… so much truth… raw, wild and thought provoking. I highly recommend if you ever get the opportunity to experience La Biennale in Venice then take it. It's such a unique & wonderful experience that will expand your mind & heart through art, architecture, cinema, dance, music, theatre and history.?

?Best film @paulandpaulettetakeabath? Stay tuned I have asked the Director ?if we can bring this to Scotland! :) Perhaps I have found myself a new job! I just love how art can really educate you and make you feel so much! And if I get the opportunity to share what I see in the world with others in the hope that it sparks something for them then I will totally do it :)

Best food @venicemart_official? Coolest vibe ever…. and you have to check out their hotel and merch!?

Best artist in the Australia Pavilion - Archie Moore @kithandkin_2024 (I wept tears from the second I entered to the second I walked out and couldn't talk for hours)

?When I came back from this trip I just felt so high on life…. the place, the vibe, the food, the art, the history, the emotions and the women I got to experience it all with….. honestly filled my heart with so much love & joy.?

?Always say yes to the things that you know will light you up :) it is ALWAYS worth it.?

Happy Full Super Moon & Partial Lunar Eclipse!?

To get the full details on this Super moon I always go to Magic of I

and my fav astrologer Pam Gregory aka Pammy G? Have a read of Magic of I's blog and have a wee listen of Pammy G's YouTube video.?

?The one thing I will say about full moon's especially for women is this?

IT IS OK AND NORMAL TO FEEL THE MOON'S ENERGY AND IT IS OK TO SLOW DOWN, SLEEP, REST AND DO NOTHING.?

I have had so many conversations with women that have felt a “bit off” these last few days and they are struggling to get what they normally would done. We have been conditioned to think we need to be doing all the time and never stop to just be. Remember the biggest rebellion against this way is to stop, simply be and surrender rather than feel shame or guilt for not doing anything. We are women - this is where our power is. In the BEING and SURRENDERING. Surrendering isn't passive it is actively trusting in yourself and what is. And that is our super power especially with super moons!?

Enjoy the magic of the moon! :)

One to One sessions with me

A few people have been asking for one to one sessions with me - some have asked for Yoga Nidra others have asked for some wellbeing and / or business advice. I haven't done one to one sessions for awhile but I feel with a few people asking about them now is a good time to open up a few sessions for people.??

Feel free to hit reply on this email so we can discuss what you may need some support with or book in a 15 minutes Discovery Call here

Until next time…. :)

One to one sessions with me

I've got your back,

Michelle x
