Invest in yourself by learning new skills that can help you grow in your career. Attend conferences, take courses or workshops, and read books related to your field.

Most of our generation developed in themselves when starting our career, and then we only relied in gaining experience!

Network:?

Build relationships with people in your industry, attend networking events, and connect with professionals on LinkedIn. You never know where your next opportunity will come from.

Speak up:?

Don't be afraid to speak up and share your ideas with your boss or team. Make sure your voice is heard and your contributions are recognized.

*I faced this problem in my career when I felt stuck in a position, and I was afraid of speaking to managers, don't be in this position.

Look for new challenges:?

If you feel like you're not growing in your current role, look for new challenges within the company or consider changing jobs.

*Guess what, by taking new challenges, and moving from a company yo another you may have your salary increased by 30% at least up to 2X your current salary which is not gonna happen when you stay or get promoted at the same co, and you be entitled for a higher position as well!

Remember, feeling stuck in your mid-level career is common, but it's not permanent. By taking action and implementing these tips, you can break through the plateau and achieve your career goals.
