  3. Schedule Time Blocks: Allocate 90 minutes for each of these priorities in your schedule. This ensures dedicated time to accomplish them without interruptions. Time blocking helps in creating a structured day and prevents the chaos that comes with trying to multitask.
  4. Stay Focused: Execute these tasks while keeping your mobile on silent. Minimizing distractions is key to maintaining focus and efficiency. Digital interruptions are one of the biggest productivity killers; reducing them can significantly improve your output.
  5. Track and Analyze: At the end of the day, analyze and track your progress. Reflecting on your achievements helps you stay on course and continuously improve. This practice not only highlights your progress but also helps you identify areas for further improvement.
