Feeling tired? There’s a 75% chance this is your problem…

If you have any of these symptoms… I may have something that can help (spoiler alert: it’s incredibly simple).?

  • Fatigue
  • Irritability
  • Brain Fog
  • Occasional Light-Headedness
  • Reduced Physical Performance
  • Excessive Muscle Soreness
  • Trouble “getting going” in the mornings

What’s the problem?

Well, there’s about a 75% chance that dehydration is a contributing factor. That’s mind-blowing that?only 1 out of every 4 adults are properly hydrated!

(Just to be clear, it may not be the only factor. Consult your doctor.?

Very few adults in modern society get enough water in their daily diet… which is crazy considering how easy it is to get safe, clean drinking water compared to the rest of human existence.

How much water do we need?

Unfortunately, that’s really a moving target… so, once again, consult your doctor on your specific needs.

However, I can tell you that if you are getting in any less than the generally recommended 64oz of water per day,?there is an extremely high likelihood that you are dehydrated.

?Also, that 64oz per day is still pretty low for anyone that is living an active lifestyle!

?There are some other fun tips and tricks to make the absorption of the water that we drink a little bit better, but let’s walk before we run here!

?Start with the basics… let’s increase our water intake, see how everything feels?(it will be better!), and then we can improve from there!

?Drink water!
