How Intention Can Help You Get Unstuck
We're all familiar with being stuck, staring at a blank page or screen, paralyzed by fear and uncertainty. It can be disheartening, especially when we're under stress to perform. The way to get unstuck is by setting intentions.
If we want to avoid feeling stuck, it may help to set an intention and have mindfulness towards our fears. By being aware of the sensations in our body, we can better ask ourselves what we truly desire. This typically entails making little forward progress toward our goal. And as we get pleasure from the activity, a lot of the stuckness in our lives begins to clear up.
The more we practice setting intentions, the better results we'll see. Remember these tips next time you get stuck and feel like you can't move forward.
How to Set an Intention to Get Unstuck

1. When you're stuck, become aware of the sensation in your body and mindfully turn towards it. What does it feel like? Where do you sense it in your body?
2. Ask Yourself How Do You Feel Right Now? Once you've identified the feeling, ask yourself what do you want to feel like. Is this project or activity something you care deeply about?
3. Make the Smallest Move possible to get started. We often forget that even the tiniest action gets us closer to our goals. So, take the baby step and see where it takes you!
4. Look for and find joy in the project or task. Look for ways to discover how this activity can feel joyous and wondrous. Finding joy in the Action will make you more likely to stick with it and see results.
If you're feeling stuck, try setting an intention. It might just help you take action. Remember these techniques the next time you set a goal for yourself. You might be surprised at how much it helps!
Develop better relationships and deeper connections with others, with yourself, and with your brand.
