Feeling?

Feeling?

My son loves the movie “Sing”. It is his favorite because the music, lights, and characters appear authentic to what he sees in life. I remember, he saw Rosita depressed caring for 25 runts, he noticed my tiredness that day and helped me pick up the socks. But Rosalita struggled with embracing the joy of her talent

Like the main characters of sing, I too feel, as most mothers, that we’re cooking, cleaning, building, working loving machines, and find it hard to relax. I can get caught up in the hum-drum, not feel acknowledged or present. 1 Corinthians 13:1, says, “?If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.”? Meaning, if you are the most talented person, but don’t experience the freedom of love in your talents…try it again. This time, try it with feeling.
