Feeling jet-lagged?

You know when you get back from a trip, one you had to take a long-haul flight for. You get home and find you’ve got that weird jet-lagged feeling.
When your body clock and your wall clock are saying two entirely different things.
Your stomach wants dinner at 1 am and you’re kind of all over the place.
Well, that’s sort of what this period is like for a lot of people.
Kids at home, staff working from home, meetings, and interviews being carried out online. It’s enough to throw you off a bit.
It’s important to remember you don’t need to stick to a strict ‘office hours’ schedule. Get what you need to be done when you can. Spend time in the day taking the dog for a walk, having lunch with your family or checking in on friends and family in need.
Just like you would with jet lag, just go with it. Don’t beat yourself up over your productivity. Remember this is temporary and do your best.
As long as you’re still committed to your business and you’re following a plan to push it through this uncertain time, you’re doing fine.
If you haven’t got a plan for your business right now and want to get one in place right away message me directly with the word ‘plan’ and we will see how we can help you and your business.
