Feeling at Home – Vijay Rajan's 4.5 Year Journey at Allsec

For more than two decades, I have been in the corporate world, donning various hats. Yet, the last 4.5 years at Allsec have been my steepest learning curve, filled with many notable achievements. I have gotten complete insight into my SWOT, helping me get better every day.

I joined the company when it was already a touted name in the industry in 2018. Then, the Quess acquisition happened, which improved the organization even further. I can chart my growth journey parallel to Allsec’s.

?The best thing about Allsec is the employee-friendly culture that the organization fosters. It is the company’s greatest asset and all of the credit goes to the leadership. I want to take this opportunity to thank my leaders Vaithi and Ashish for creating an atmosphere that nurtures our growth. If Allsec is at the pinnacle of success today, it is all because of its culture and work DNA.

?Of course, my journey at Allsec hasn’t been without its fair share of challenges. There were manpower crunches during the pandemic. However, with thorough follow-ups and coordination from support functions, we were able to overcome them. I would also like to credit Vaithi for the support given to help me tide over the bumps during that time.

?During my tenure at Allsec, I believe that my biggest achievement has been to drive continuous improvement in operational excellence and innovation through project innovations. I try to inculcate that every chance given. This led me to win the Chairman’s Choice Awards as well.

?Given a chance to talk to my younger self, I would advice him to enjoy his stint at Allsec and aim for greater accomplishments that would last a lifetime. My role at Allsec has been evolving continuously and has constantly given me the opportunity to bring my best abilities to the table. As a result of this, I see a long-term future at Allsec for myself where I can always be what I want to be and feel at home.
