Feeling exhausted but want to do public speaking...do this.

You come across a situation where you are feeling burnt out and overpacked with your thoughts to do public speaking.

Most of the time it happens when we are stressed as public speakers or we are enjoying public speaking, as we are not connected to the core message deeply or the context does not make a connection to us. Take rest, relax your mind, go for a nature walk, watch something which entertains you, eat what you like the most, change the mood and see how you start feeling better and create a relaxed state of mind giving gratitude to god for the opportunities you are getting in life.

Playing with kids, cuddling with a pet, and having a scoop of my favorite ice cream or a piece of dark chocolate also helps in evolving. See what is available and what do you like doing the most or observe the situation and act accordingly. Once you feel better,get back to public speaking.
