Feeling down and out. Me too. But I know what I need to do.

Feeling down and out. Me too. But I know what I need to do.

Most people are a little weighed down by the time Friday comes. 85% of working professionals are not engaged at their workplace. Sometimes it's hard to find motivation to move forward.

I feel like this sometimes too, but I read quotes like below and think about courage.

President Coolidge, 30th President of the United States, summed up it up with the following:

“Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not. Nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not. Unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not. The world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The key to success has always been and always be, press on.

Courage the favorite virtue, brings all things into being.

Everything around you once did not exist. The products and services you enjoy most did not exist. Individuals had a dream, an idea worth risking. They had the courage to take the risk and move forward, sometimes risking everything to make it work. We are ever grateful for these entrepreneurs and creators that embraced the virtue of courage.

Because of these exceptional people having courage we now have computers, airplanes, medication, an abundance of food and housing. People with the determination to act on their courage make a difference in the world.

When I persisted on my act of courage I made $10,000 per month.

I remember when I made my first $10,000 per month. It took persistence with my business which I started out of my garage. It was a validating experience and time in my life to know that I had what it took to make that kind of money on my own. That persistence and courage paid off as it removed many of the self limiting beliefs I had about myself.

Your self limiting beliefs are the single biggest deterrent to your success.

Take courage and do what you need to in your job to be engaged. If you don't like your job find out what you do like. Take courage and know if you persist long enough you can and will find the success you want.
