Feeling disconnected or full of self-doubt at work

When we don’t feel good at work, life can get really tough.
Waking up in the morning, feeling flat and unmotivated.
Filled with anxiety or even full of dread.
Setting us up irrevocably for another not-great day at work. If not worse.
I will be short today because Jonathan’s story is not only compelling, but it’s relatable on a whole other level - and I want you to hear it from him.
His story offers another perspective as to why sometimes you may not feel good at work or about work.
It’s not always the management, the clients or external circumstances, sometimes, it's about our own limiting beliefs impacting our lives in a negative way.
And it should not be about just surviving or making it through the day - because that’s not sustainable.
Jonathan’s fears and dread were trying to protect him - when they were actually playing against him - distancing him from others and making him doubt himself.
Jonathan’s first session he is referring to was on 21st December, and we are now almost at the end of April.
Jonathan said that he felt lighter straight after his first session and he saw changes in the way he perceives himself and others; and the way he was feeling and behaving in just a matter of weeks.
Today he continues to enjoy his time at work and gets great feedback.
And his confidence has grown exponentially, making him less anxious and more focused.
Do you want to feel the same?
