Feeling Confused? Break down the Problem, Gather Information, Reflect and Organize!
If you feel like you are stuck, not progressing and excelling in your academics, career, or life, remember these three steps.
It happens to me often, mostly while choosing the right career path, thinking whether or not I am getting better, and adding value to the team and to the business. So in my mind and in my Onenote/Google Keep, I list the points where I am facing issues. What I am striving for, what am I lacking, or what's stopping from getting me there? This is how I break down the problem
Then I further explore answers to my questions. If I find my answers means there is a way to fix the problems. If things do not go well on my own, I seek the help of my team and my mentors. I try to get clarity by gathering information. Most of the time it has helped me to execute my work as well as plan my goals in life.

I know what my problem/need is. I have sufficient information about my confusion, and where I should work for improvement. Lastly, before jumping into taking action I do a final reflection and introspect on my process. Then I will come up with a solution, ask the right question to the right individuals, take steps to mitigate my limitations and get out of the situation, and get rid of confusion. How do you Organize? Following all three steps mentioned above again and again.
This way I've been able to take important decisions in my life. This has so far led to a positive graph in my personal, professional, and academic journey. Sometimes the results may yield a setback, but again the same three steps will help me in moving forward.
If there are some sort of methods or mindset you are following to overcome hurdles, clear confusion, and keep your focus on your goals/progress, please share them!
PS: My mother is traveling back from Lumbini and might be home by midnight. So this wait created this short article, which I hope was an interesting read for anyone who came this far :)
