Feel good WC story for Father's Day

A feel good story before Father’s Day:

One of our injured workers (landscapers) was hit by a motorcycle and suffered life-threatening injuries. We has been hospitalized for three months and has endured multiple surgeries. He was recently released to a skilled nursing facility and is slowly regaining strength and the ability to stand/walk. He mentioned to the insured how important it would be for him to be home with his family for a few hours on Father’s Day. Once the insured bubbled this up to us, our team went to work. After multiple emails and phone calls to the carrier, upper management, field base case managers, nurses and doctors, it was approved. Our injured worker will get to spend three hours at home with his family for Father’s Day. He was extremely grateful and emotional, as was our client.
