Feel The Fear, But Do It Anyways.

It‘s All About The Actions That Counts

We get scared. Every human harbors fear many times in his or her life. It is normal, but when the fear comes, what do you do? Smart real estate investors understand that fear will come when they are about to reach for greater heights. They begin to wonder if they will succeed or crash and burn. No matter the fear you may have, do it anyways. Seal that real estate deal after you have educated yourself thoroughly about it, and seen that it is the rational line of action.

Fear: What Is It?

The truth is that ninety-five percent of the fears in our lives never happen. They only reside in your brain and are created by the hyperactive brain. What of the remaining five percent? Three percent out of it are those things that can never be changed no matter how you over think them. The two percent remaining comes from a real fear that really exists and can hurt you.

Even out of that two percent, one-third of it may come with bad consequences than what you envisaged, hence can't be fixed.

Out of 100%, only 0.6% ever come to fruition.

The question should be, 'Why haven't you closed that real estate deal?'

Are You Too Smart?

Sometimes, being too smart comes with its perks, and in other times, it doesn't. In this case, when you are too smart, you may manage to talk yourself out of the real estate deal without even knowing what it's about. Instead of using the smartness to educate yourself about the real estate deal, risks and all, you merely talk yourself out of it.

Out of most real estate deal, the rate of you succeeding is 98%. Should you ignore that rate and focus on your fears? Should you?

How to Conquer Fear?

Different real estate gurus have different ways of conquering fears, but we have some ways that can work for anyone.

Educate Yourself

This is something that you should do once you start feeling fear. Sometimes, we get scared of real estate investment deal because we don't understand every aspect of it. We feel that it will fail before we bother to educate ourselves about it. A real estate investor should understand every detail concerning a real estate deal before he or she plunges in. You have to understand the risks, how to minimize them, maximize profits, and lots more. This will allow you to earn a lot of bucks.

Another way of conquering fear is to continuously do it until you are no longer bugged by fear. Sometimes fear comes because you are starting out in a new field. When you continue Investing in real estate over and over again, it becomes your second nature.
