Feeding from garbage and sleeping under the car

While I am aware of the street dogs around me while walking with my pets, this quite disturbing to see that cows and dogs are feeding from the garbage dumping site.

Nextly, often we all see that dogs are resting below our car.

Offering food and water beside the garbage dumping place, will that help ?

There is dearth of big trees and trees are cleared for costruction besides road which is disturbing too.

We all know we cannot dislocate community or street dogs but are we closely monitoring if a puppy is displaced from mother or not.

Even for building dog homes, we need to communicate with people where we can safely place them.

Besides that will a directory of injured dogs around us will help. A phone number where people can report dog injury and location, where people can report dog abuse and torture, or we need to keep first aid boxes in shops for providing immediate relief to the injured dogs.

An ambulance would be better for providing immediate relief and treatment to the injured dog.
