Feed The Light

As a servant leader always focusing on the best of humanity, those empowered, fearless and vulnerable places inside all of us we are all capable of to be the best we can be (inspiring others through our behavior to do and be the same), I am often asked, "Andrew, which is more powerful, light or darkness - creating desired outcomes from the best in us or the worst in us?"

My answer... "what wins is that which you feed the most".

What are you feeding the most? Your fear? Your jealousy? Your feeling of scarcity? Or are you feeding your courage? Your compassion? Your willingness to be wrong, vulnerable, to really listen and understand?

Life and leadership therefore is where we place the majority of our energy and focus.

Be brave... feed the light!
