I am doing some market research for a new business. So many people are thinking or trying to start a new business. They have great ideas but don’t necessarily have all the skills to make it happen.

 I am looking to run some small workshops or 121’s to help equip new entrepreneurs on the fundamental skills required to start up and run a new businesses successfully.

 Area’s I would like to cover are in a 1 day workshop are as follows:

 Changing your Mindset

  • Coping skills / Making it real / Overcoming fear / Motivation and Drive / Self Belief

Finance

  • Basic costing / cashflow / keeping control / planning / recording spend and sales / Reducing costs

Marketing

  • Knowing your market / who are your customers /targeting / marketing communications on a shoe-string / Thinking out of the box

Sales

  • Understanding the sales process / how to do a good pitch /needs assessments / prospecting /
