Dear Mr. Secretary,
Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Plan (BCBSFEP) recently notified me I am ineligible for health insurance under their plan. As I am retired with Medicare, I need to enroll in a healthcare plan to supplement Medicare. Please send me information on enrollment in these plans.
On another matter, for five months in 2019, August-December, Labor's Office of Workers Compensation Programs (OWCP) Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) First Scripts, Tucson, Arizona, denied my OWCP insurance for prescription medicines. BCBSFEP's PBM CVS Caremark paid for my medical prescriptions and supplies. Per your letter on this matter, you said it was a mistake by Labor's OWCP officials. CVS Caremark officials need to recover their costs for my medical prescriptions for August to December 2019. To provide the repayment process, please contact Ms. Felicia Ayana Doesburg (she.her.hers) | CVS Caremark Account Manager Federal Employee Program p 480-614-7659 | c 480-216-2744 | f 401-335-7830 9501 E Shea Blvd, Mail Code 100, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
