Federal Allocation Reduced to 0%

CVP Federal Water Allocation Reduced to 0%. We expected this, with runoff disappearing the last 2 months, but still hard to hear. Working hard with stakeholders from all sides to use Governor's relaxation of rules make some water available in these hard times!
