Feck it moments - Dealing with life
Exploring Life's Depths
Life truly shines when we grasp the core elements of mind, body, spirit, and energies. While this might be a bit lengthy, I'm eager to gather reactions on the content I've written, seeking reflections from others who may relate. Feel free to be candid and straightforward.
Life's Reflections
How would you describe your life? I believe our lives share many similarities in various aspects if we were to step back and exchange experiences.
Internal Dialogues
In the midst of daily stress and life's challenges, I often find myself lost in thoughts about the past or future. During these moments, a unique internal dialogue, which I refer to as mindtalk or self-talk, unfolds within me. Its tone and intensity vary based on my surroundings, sometimes being critical and reminding me of past mistakes or remarks, leading me to question the value of life. At times, it becomes overwhelming, prompting me to take action to silence it temporarily, seeking a boost of energy to shift my focus. However, the conversation always resurfaces, lingering in the background.
During conversations, fear and anxiety often accompany the interaction, leading to the draining of energy due to these prevalent emotions and feelings.
As time goes on, I notice that I face challenges with making decisions, even simple ones. I tend to become critical of myself and those around me, which can be overwhelming. This feeling of being stuck in life arises from certain beliefs that hold me back. When I try to accomplish something, self-doubt creeps in, leading to procrastination and feelings of being an imposter, undeserving, insignificant, and unloved. Deep down, I understand that these thoughts are not accurate, yet the negative internal dialogues and emotions persist and intensify.
The drama unfolds, and I find myself getting caught up in it, absorbing other people's issues as my own. It's a bit chaotic because, oddly enough, I feel a sense of relief diving into these dramas – it's like a temporary escape from my own reality.

However, conflict inevitably arises with the drama. This frustration surfaces, especially when I feel unheard, unseen, or disagreed with.
Should anger escalate, I lash out, I become resentful, I tend to distance myself from those who are closest to me. The pain I am experiencing now will likely become a topic of discussion in the future, given enough time and reflection while in this emotional state. I tend to play the victim, engage in conflicts, and avoid or distract myself from taking responsibility. Become worried and end up going in circles, like being on a merry-go-round, I continue to feel drained of energy, I feel separated
Instead of halting, pause and take three breaths to ground myself in the present moment. Instead of getting caught in a cycle of daydreaming about the past and future, continue with my day while staying connected to the here and now.
I am not mad, living life without being taught about the significance of mental fitness or well-being, and how to manage and maintain it, seems like the norm to me. When I visit a doctor, they often prescribe medication to address the symptoms rather than offering guidance on how to regulate and address the root cause of the issue.
A lot of times I am the doctor, I feel ashamed and embarrassed to discuss it; if I open up, others might perceive me as crazy. I have some pride that I need to preserve, so I tell myself and I fear that nobody will comprehend my situation. What's the use? Everything will be fine, but I sense resentment that distances me from others.
I often seek pleasure by engaging in actions that trigger a dopamine rush, typically habits I've formed over the past creep back. This leads me to self-medicate through indulging in old habits in order to evade the intense fear and inner dialogue that arise.
People talk about mental health, but few openly talk about it and their own inner battles or issues. There is a common stigma surrounding mental fitness and well-being, affecting everyone.
The most significant stressors in people's lives include money, relationships, work-life balance, home life, health, medication, dietary habits, hormones, vitamins, and genetics.
Do you recognise yourself in this? if so please share your thoughts.......
Only by talking and shaing can we bring change, it is alright to have feelings other than good
