We're excited to announce that our powerful Chatbot capabilities are now available for Telegram! Design engaging, automated experiences for your customers directly within your Telegram channel.

Key features:

  • Interactive elements: Utilize the Message node in Flow Builder to add buttons, quick replies, and attachments to your Telegram chatbot flows, guiding users toward desired outcomes.
  • Personalized experiences: Leverage personalization to tailor chatbot interactions to provide a unique and helpful experience for every customer.
  • Advanced flow logic: Build complex chatbot scenarios with the Condition node, enabling dynamic responses and intelligent routing based on user input.
