We believe in the power of physical activity. Sports are more than just games; they are vital for overall development. For children, especially those with behavioral concerns, sports offer a multitude of benefits: improved motor skills, enhanced social skills, emotional regulation, and increased focus on attention to name of few.?

Beyond Sports Day: Fostering a Culture of Movement

To encourage a year-round commitment to physical well-being, we implement initiatives like our "Steps Challenge." This friendly competition encourages staff to increase their daily step count, promoting a healthier lifestyle and fostering a sense of community. The Steps Challenge is only one example we have a few other movement-focused activities speckled throughout the year to support staff. After all, working in the field can be emotionally and physically challenging. Staying active helps our staff keep up with the demands of the role.?
