February at NewThink: Growth, Connections & New Beginnings!

February has been a time of building relationships, growth and personal development, and exciting milestones. From engaging networking events to powerful coaching sessions, I’ve been fostering new relationships and unlocking potential. Here’s a look at what’s been happening and what’s ahead!

Expanding Connections

This month, I had the pleasure of attending the Manly Beaches Networking and Connect for Success Northern Beaches Networking events. These gatherings are always a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals, share insights, and build meaningful relationships. The conversations were inspiring, and I’m looking forward to seeing the collaborations that stem from them.

The North Sydney Business Chamber Networking Lunch was another highlight, providing a valuable platform to exchange ideas with business leaders and explore new opportunities for growth.

Empowering Growth Through Coaching & Learning

As most of you know I love to learn! One of the most exciting developments this month has been my personal growth journey through the ELEVATE Program. Engaging in this program has allowed me to refine my business and coaching strategies, explore new leadership methodologies, and deepen my understanding of effective decision-making. The experience has been incredibly enriching, and I’m eager to implement these learnings in my work with teams and leaders.

I also had the privilege of attending the Profitable Business Workshop with Suzi Dafnis. The insights gained from this session have been invaluable, reinforcing the importance of strategic thinking and smart business practices for sustainable success.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to learn from The Art of Powerful Communication session with Expedia. This experience was a fantastic reminder of the nuances of communication, and I walked away with fresh perspectives on how to enhance clarity, confidence, and collaboration—both in my coaching and everyday interactions.

Welcoming New Beginnings

February brought a wonderful milestone—welcoming a new coaching client to the NewThink family! Supporting individuals on their professional journey is one of my greatest passions, and I’m excited to help them unlock their full potential.

On a personal note, my family celebrated the arrival of my nephew, baby Sidney. There’s nothing quite as special as welcoming a new life into the world, and I’m already cherishing the moments with this little bundle of joy.

Love & Reflection

Amidst the busy month, I took time to recharge with a Valentine’s weekend getaway with my husband on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. It was a reminder of the importance of balance—taking moments to pause, appreciate, and reflect on what truly matters.

Looking Ahead

As we step into March, I’m excited about what’s to come—more workshops and coaching sessions, new collaborations, and continued growth for NewThink and the incredible teams and individuals I have the privilege of working with.
