When looking through our dashboard at training data from last year, we stumbled across an interesting nugget. We noticed a case where 52% of trainees (thousands of people) didn’t know the definition of the word gender.?
This one small data point sheds light on a common challenge when educating workforces about their rights. It also underscores the intersection between technology and human rights. Thanks to our tech, we can help clients roll out digital education programs to thousands, despite borders, cultures, and varying levels of prior knowledge, and pinpoint knowledge gaps in their value chains.?
Quizrr is committed to democratizing knowledge for all, driven by our firm belief in the importance of gender diversity and inclusion. Quizrr is proud to be female led, with both a female CEO and a female Founder at the helm. Our board is comprised of 50% female members, half of our investors are women. Also, Quizrr's workforce is predominantly women, 70%, to be exact.?
At least 62% of all the people who have completed Quizrr’s training these past ten years have been women. We are excited to work with our clients who are willing to invest in their supply chains in such a tangible way and address urgent systemic issues such as gender inequality. We truly believe that the democratization of knowledge for all can level the playing field and give trainees the best possible chance to understand their rights at work, and hopefully have a positive ripple effect outside as well.
