February Newsletter
IFoA Foundation
Working with the global actuarial community for positive social impact. Empowering and uplifting others.
Next week, we launch our 2023 Impact Report at our London celebration event and online.
The report is full of inspiring and encouraging feedback from individuals we have supported, donors who have given their own money to support the next generation and partner organisations who contribute because their aims align with ours, and it's rewarding to volunteer with our projects.?
But to grow further, we need wider support and more regular donations from the actuarial community.?
There are many ways to support us, from a regular donation through your salary, to challenging yourself to a 10k run or team bungee jump, or making a simple contribution to our funds when it comes to your Member Renewal this year.
Thanks to operational support from the IFoA, 100% of your donations go towards empowering and uplifting young mathematicians and aspiring actuaries worldwide.
Catch up on more news below. As ever, we would be delighted to talk to you about how YOU can make a difference with us. Please get in touch!

Our second "fireside chat" is now available to watch on Youtube.
Host Bradley Shearer was joined by trustee Chantal Bond ; professional mentor and actuary, Lusani Mulaudzi , and mentoring alumna, Sripriya Peddina to discuss Public Interest Actuaries and how you can make a social impact throughout your career.
Give As You Earn
Payroll Giving is an easy and tax-efficient way to give to the IFoA Foundation through your salary. Small monthly donations or annual gifts at bonus or pay review time mean a lot to all small charities.?
Some employers also offer to match-fund your charity donations, to increase the value of your gift. Ask today!
Your IFoA member subs do not fund the Foundation so please consider including us in your regular giving and leverage your employer benefits for the next generation.?
