  • New individual customer dashboard: Delve into the details of each customer's financial behavior with our new single customer dashboard. Explore trends related to their spending, income and savings to better understand their needs and how you can serve them best. This personalized insight helps you provide targeted assistance and enhance customer relationships.

Engage:

Bud is now offering a range of 'plug and play' embeddable frontend widgets that clients can quickly and easily surface into their applications to help the customers manage their finances.

  • The Financial Calendar widget provides a calendar view of a customer’s financial transactions for the past 12 months, enabling customers to easily track money in and out and better plan ahead. By highlighting daily spending trends and marking important transactions such as upcoming bills and income, this feature helps users stay on top of their finances and get a clearer understanding of their day-to-day spending.
  • The Balances Over Time widget provides customers with dynamic, interactive graphs that visualise how account balances have changed over the last 12 months. Users can easily switch between different time periods, and between aggregated account views and single account views allowing a comprehensive visual representation of accounts at any given time.
  • The Recurring and Forecasted Transactions widget gives customers a clear, consolidated view of upcoming financial commitments in the next month. It highlights recurring transactions such as subscriptions, bills, and loan payments, alongside forecasted payments based on previous spending patterns. This helps users plan ahead, manage cash flow and avoid unexpected expenses, supporting better budgeting.

Enrich:

  • New US taxonomy: We’ve released a new and updated version of our US taxonomy to allow us to express in more detail the various fees that customers are charged. This coincided with a retraining of our categorisation model which has resulted in an uplift in coverage by 1-2% without sacrificing accuracy. This means we’ll now be able to categorise an extra 10 transactions per end customer each year.
