February Ambassador of the Month: Evelyn Lemm

Congratulations to our February Ambassador of the Month, Evelyn (Evie) Lemm !? For February, fellow ambassadors voted on Evie for this reward in response to her dedication and work towards the organization.

Throughout her time as a new Ambassador, Evie has stood out by getting to know other members and making an effort to connect with them. Her goal was to be more involved within the Business School and have an opportunity to make more friends, especially with Business Ambassadors.?

Evie is a sophomore from Saline, Michigan. She is pursuing a degree in Marketing and Business Data Analytics, as well as a certificate in Leadership in Business and International Business. Her effort toward getting these degrees and certificates aligns with her career goals of figuring out why consumers make decisions and targeting specific demographics. She also wants to work in a collaborative environment in her future job and working with her team will allow her to bounce ideas off of others as well. One of her favorite experiences at ASU has been her study abroad trip to Costa Rica during Spring Break 2023. She was able to learn about the business of coffee and she had the opportunity to gain a new perspective on sustainability as well as a new culture. One of her favorite classes has been her Gender and Communication Class, COM 316. She said it was fascinating to analyze conversations within this class, which caught her interest!

Evie joined Business Ambassadors to connect with other students in W.P. Carey. She saw it as an opportunity to make more friends and had always heard highly of the club. She saw how much fun others were having in this organization, and wanted to be a part of it. Business Ambassadors has also allowed Evie to enrich her public speaking skills as well as connect with her fellow business students. She is so happy this organization helps give back to our community.?
