Message from the Chair: Heather Beaubien

I am honored to take on the role of Chair of the U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Poultry & Eggs (US-RSPE). Alongside our dedicated team, including our active members and elected board members, I am confident in our collective ability to advance sustainability within the poultry and egg industry.??

With the recent publication of the US-RSPE Sustainability Framework Report at IPPE, we are gaining momentum and valuable data to share the sustainability story of the poultry industry. As a multistakeholder group, we have come together to promote and communicate continuous improvement in sustainability across the poultry value chain.??

I encourage each member to seek opportunities to ?share their experiences, discuss the vital role the Roundtable plays, and engage their colleagues across the supply chain to join us as we continue this important journey. ?

As we move forward, I am eager to collaborate with all of you to drive meaningful progress in our industry. ?

US-RSPE Framework Sustainability Report for the US Poultry Supply Chain?Released at IPPE

The report was developed through the US-RSPE Sustainability Framework—a multi-stakeholder tool designed to assess, track, and improve sustainability practices. The US-RSPE Framework provides anonymous, aggregated data on critical metrics such as environmental stewardship, community impact, animal welfare, and workforce well-being.?Some of the metrics included have not?been previously reported?for the entire industry.
